Creatures of the Night, Unite!

If you’re planning your trip to ITNation this year, you already know that it’s going to be overlapping everyone’s favorite freaky holiday! Hallowe’en is midweek, and I for one welcome the opportunity for our usual Orlando shenanigans – this time with a side of masked crusadors, superheros, and pilots (looking at you Pax8, you’re all set!). Ready to suit up and show up for the channel’s first full-fledged costume party? You’ll want to register NOW to avoid the lineups – head on over to and get all signed up. Make sure to thank your hosts, BVoip! Want to know what I’ll be wearing for Hallowe’en? That’s right, I know you do. You’ll have to show up and find out. HINT: look for the trail of glitter.

what’s scary is it never comes off muahahahaha

Considering Giving Traction a Try?

Look for Tracie Orisko at ITNation, she’ll be joining Jamison West on stage with Brett Jaffe and Chris Shauller to talk about Traction/EOS, and how it fits in with other strategic operating systems. We’re just ending our first year as a facilitated Traction company, and the difference it has made in our business is…well, I don’t want to spoil the suprise, but our numbers are absolutely SPOOK-TACULAR this year. Want to learn more about how Managed Sales Pros and many other channel companies are using Traction to improve their businesses? Don’t miss this October 31 ITNation session from 4:15-5:15!

Thank You Small Business Administration!

This year, I had the opportunity to participate in the US Small Business Administration’s “Emerging Leaders” program. The “Streetwise MBA” is offered to qualifying business leaders in the US. I was accepted into the Las Vegas, Nevada cohort through my ownership of Everywhere Managed, LLC in the US.

Our cohort graduates on October 20, 2019. It was nine months and hundreds of hours of classroom, small group and individual study. If you’re a small business owner in the US with no formal business education, I highly suggest checking out this opportunity when the applications start in the new year! With sessions focused on sales and marketing, finances, human resources and other business challenges, it was a well-rounded, easy to understand program with a lot of community support.

Thank you to the volunteers and educators that made this program possible – we appreciate your commitment to small business in the US! Congratulations to the rest of my graduating class as well, especially my Mastermind group.

Trick or Treat?

No tricks, but we do have a treat for anyone who visits the booth at ITNation! Swing by booth 450 to talk about your plans for growing your MSP in 2020, and you could WIN a sales prospecting program from Managed Sales Pros!
