Join Our New Remote Team!

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have permanently closed our offices, and all roles are remote.

We hire US residents legally able to work in the US for any company, we can’t currently support out of country applicants.  We do not hire contractors or freelancers at this time.

We are currently hiring in the following positions to support our growth:

Sales Development Agents

Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm
  • Be the first voice sharing our message, and the consistent voice prospects trust
  • Connect our clients to qualified and interested prospects
  • Follow and improve upon standard operating procedures
  • Schedule sales appointments for clients and gather information on prospects and competitors
  • Tranisition into a business development agent or SDR team leader when it makes sense to do so.

 

Business Development Agents

Responsibilities:

  • Using all channels (phone, social, email) promote our services to qualified prospects
  • Follow company guidelines around social media use, using only approved marketing materials when discussing our business online
  • schedule sales appointments with qualified prospects for our leadership team
  • Follow and improve upon standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with lead generation and marketing teams to manage inbound lead distribution
  • Transition into a commissioned sales executive or BDR team leader when it makes sense to do so.

 

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection or creation of assets for online event promotions
  • Coordinate speaker schedules, build events online and create marketing campaigns promoting each event
  • Create and manage marketing calendars
  • Understand the tools we use – Hootsuite, ZohoCRM, Constant Contact, Canva, Livestorm and others
  • Coordinate with freelancers as needed when projects require additional support
  • Proactively improve upon marketing practices and standard operating procedures
  • Identify gaps and opportunities and request support or assets as needed
  • Be unafraid to fail while learning from the experiments that just didn’t go the way we hoped they would
  • Ensure all published content and all linked content is in line with our company core values
  • Take on progressive responsibility, moving into a new role as your skills allow
  • Continue to learn and grow in your role, taking online courses, reading books and applying those ideas

 

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing plans for inhouse initiatives and client requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing coordinators
  • Optimize websites and identify more opportunities for organic SEO improvements
  • Manage limited marketing budgets for SMB IT firms
  • Find ways to create more efficient, less expensive approaches to reaching prospects for clients
  • Document process improvements ane provide reports to management, leadership and clients
  • Be creative and empathetic when working with clients who are taking their first steps towards online marketing consistency
  • Have fun trying things with a brand that is known for being ethical, brutally honest and playful.
  • Be unafraid to speak truth to leadership or clients – not all ideas are good ideas
