This instructor led program is conducted by Carrie Simpson, CEO of Managed Sales Pros.  Much of the content has been developed over the last two years in collaboration with Managed Sales Pros President, Tracie Orisko. Tracie still holds the record for the most MSP sales appointments scheduled by a rep in their first week (six). Our clients will tell you that Carrie may create the programs, but Tracie makes sure things get done as promised.

This training program is very similar to our in-house MSP prospecting training program.  While we support our callers with trainers and coaches, we insist they begin calling from day one, and many begin scheduling appointments on day two!  We trust that anyone who registers for this program is ready to pick up the phone!  Call reluctance will be addressed as one of the challenges you may be facing, but if you’re not ready to apply this skill, I would encourage you to save your money.  You will gain the most from this program by starting to practice what we discuss immediately.

  • Two 120 minute group webinars weekly (schedule below) starting at 1:00 PM Eastern
  • 90 minutes of content, 30 minutes of Q&A each session
  • “Homework” assigned, handouts provided
  • One “rain date” weekly on Fridays to account for possible technological SNAFUs on a scheduled webinar. This time should be used for your “homework” if not required for a make-up webinar.
  • Recordings and slides are not provided, you must attend live, they will not be provided after the event, though you will have the handouts distributed for each session to use and edit as you see fit.
